Список плагинов узнать не могу. Открываю RCON консоль пишу sm plugins list.
И ничего. Могу сказать :
Установлен Zombie Reloaded
И парочку добавлений : Парашют, weapons, zprops (не Eventscript, вообще не ставил.)

Stop HintText Sound установлен ? А вообще скинь свой полный список плагинов.
